Seat Back Element

Unplug suspect heated seat back 2-pin connector. Using DVOM, check continuity between heated seat back terminals "A" and "B". See Figure and Figure . If continuity does not exist, replace heated seat back element. If continuity exists, check continuity between heated seat cushion terminal "B" and ground. If continuity does not exist, test heated seat sensor. See HEATED SEAT SENSOR  . If continuity exists, replace heated seat back element.
