Installation (3.5L)

  1. Using NEW gasket, install EGR valve assembly and EGR pipe with bolts loosely installed. Ensure EGR pipe is parallel with mounting surface on EGR valve assembly.
  2. Tighten EGR valve assembly and EGR pipe bolts to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS . Reconnect EGR valve assembly harness connector.
