Wiper Relays

  1. Remove wiper high-low relay or wiper on-off relay, from Power Distribution Center (PDC). Continuity should exist between relay terminals E and B. Continuity should not exist between relay terminals D and B. Measure resistance between relay terminals C and A. Resistance should be 70-80 ohms. If resistance or continuity is not as specified, replace faulty relay.
  2. Connect battery voltage between relay terminals C and A. Check continuity between relay terminals B and D. Continuity should exist. Check continuity between terminals E and B. Continuity should not exist. If continuity is not as specified, replace faulty relay.
