No ORC Bus Messages Received
NOTE:
After making any repairs, perform BODY VERIFICATION TEST
under VERIFICATION TESTS.
- Turn ignition on. Using scan tool, attempt to communicate with Occupant Restraint Controller (ORC). If scan tool identifies or communicates with ORC, go to next step. If scan tool does not identify or communicate with ORC, go to NO RESPONSE FROM ORC under COMMUNICATIONS.
- Using scan tool, erase DTCs. Turn ignition on and wait approximately one minute. Recheck for DTCs. If NO ORC BUS MESSAGES RECEIVED resets, replace instrument cluster. See ANALOG INSTRUMENT PANELS - CARAVAN, TOWN & COUNTRY, & VOYAGER article. If NO ORC BUS MESSAGES RECEIVED does not reset, test is complete.
