No BCM Bus Messages Received
NOTE:
After making any repairs, perform BODY VERIFICATION TEST
under VERIFICATION TESTS.
- Turn ignition on. Using scan tool, attempt to communicate with Body Control Module (BCM). If scan tool identifies or communicates with BCM, go to next step. If scan tool does not identify or communicate with BCM, go to BUS +/- SIGNALS OPEN OR NO RESPONSE FROM BCM under COMMUNICATIONS.
- Using scan tool, erase DTCs. Turn ignition on and wait approximately one minute. Recheck for DTCs. If NO BCM BUS MESSAGES RECEIVED resets, replace instrument cluster. See ANALOG INSTRUMENT PANELS - CARAVAN, TOWN & COUNTRY, & VOYAGER article. If NO BCM BUS MESSAGES RECEIVED does not reset, test is complete.
