ORC Messages Not Received

NOTE: After making any repairs, perform BODY VERIFICATION TEST  under VERIFICATION TESTS.
  1. Turn ignition on. Using scan tool, attempt to communicate with Occupant Restraint Controller (ORC). If scan tool communicates with ORC, go to next step. If scan tool does not communicate with ORC, repair communication problem. See NO RESPONSE FROM ORC  .
  2. Using scan tool, erase DTCs. Cycle ignition off and on and wait about one minute. Using scan tool, check for DTCs. If DTC resets, replace BCM. If DTC does not reset, no problem is indicated at this time. Test is complete.
