Doors Fail To Unlock From Any Switch

Lower both front door windows. Turn ignition off and close all doors. Lock and unlock doors from all door lock switches, including door lock key cylinder switches (if equipped with VTSS). Observe door locks. If all doors fail to unlock from all switches, replace BCM. See BODY CONTROL MODULE (BCM)  under REMOVAL & INSTALLATION. If symptom is different, go to another symptom test that matches malfunction description. See POWER LOCKS/RKE SYSTEM .
