Odometer/Trip Display

The odometer/trip Vacuum Fluorescent (VF) display is located at the bottom of the speedometer. Odometer/trip VF display can display trip and total mileage as well as warning messages in event of a malfunction within the cluster or related systems. VF display can also indicate when a system is operating or has been activated. To reset trip reading, depress and hold button located at bottom of right gauge until trip display resets to zero.

If cluster looses communication with all other modules along the PCI bus, NOBUS will be displayed. If cluster does not detect voltage on the courtesy light circuit, FUSE will be displayed alternately with odometer reading for 30 seconds after vehicle is turned on and for 15 seconds after vehicle is driven. If FUSE is indicated on VF display, check for open IOD fuse, missing courtesy light bulb or poor connections.

VF display will also display DOOR when a door is open. If cruise control is set or traction control is active, CRUISE or TRAC will be displayed in VF display.
