Headlamp Washer Pump - Export: Installation

- Install the headlamp washer motor in the windshield/headlamp washer pump.
- Connect the headlamp washer pump hose and electrical connector.
- Install the reservoir retaining bolts. Torque bolts to 5 to 7 N.m.
- Reinstall the front fascia as necessary. Refer to FRONT FASCIA for installation procedures
- Lower vehicle from hoist.
- Refill the windshield/headlamp washer reservoir.
- Reconnect the negative battery cable remote terminal.
- Prime the headlamp washer system. Refer to STANDARD PROCEDURE - HEADLAMP WASHER SYSTEM PRIMING - EXPORT .
