Seat Cushion Element

Unplug suspect heated seat cushion 4-pin connector located under seat near rear edge of seat cushion frame. Using DVOM, measure resistance between heated seat cushion terminals "A" and "B". See Fig 1 . If continuity is not indicated, replace heated seat cushion element. If continuity is indicated, measure resistance between heated seat cushion terminal "B" and ground. If continuity is not indicated, test heated seat back element. See SEAT BACK ELEMENT  . If continuity is indicated, replace heated seat cushion element.
