Recommended Fluid
All models use Mopar ATF+4, Type 9602 fluid. Add appropriate amount of fluid. See TRANSAXLE FLUID CAPACITY table. Start engine and allow it to idle for at least one minute. With brakes applied, shift transaxle through all gears, ending in Park. Add additional fluid to bring fluid level to 1/8" below ADD mark on dipstick. Recheck fluid level with transaxle at normal operating temperature. Adjust fluid level within HOT range on dipstick.
Differential unit fluid level should be even with bottom of fill hole. All models use Mopar 75W-90 petroleum based hypoid gear lubricant. See DIFFERENTIAL FLUID CAPACITY table.
