AUTOSTICK Feature

Autostick is a driver-interactive transaxle feature that offers manual gear shifting capability. When gearshift is moved into autostick position, transaxle remains in whatever gear it was using before autostick was activated. Moving gearshift to the left (toward driver) causes a downshift. Moving gearshift to the right (toward passenger) causes an upshift. Instrument cluster will illuminate selected gear. Vehicle can be launched in 1st, 2nd or 3rd gear while in autostick. Speed control will be deactivated if transaxle is shifted into 2nd gear. Shifting into OD position cancels autostick, and transaxle resumes the OD shift schedule.
