Horn Switch

Deactivate air bag system and remove driver's side air bag module from steering wheel. See appropriate AIR BAG RESTRAINT SYSTEMS article in ELECTRICAL. Turn air bag over and check continuity between horn switch connector Black/Red wire terminal and ground. See Fig 1 . When horn switch is depressed, continuity should exist. If continuity is not as specified, replace horn switch. See HORN SWITCH under REMOVAL & INSTALLATION.
