Sun Roof Module: Removal

  1. Close glass panel. Disconnect negative battery cable. Remove headliner. See HEADLINER  . Disconnect wiring harness from sun roof module connector. Remove drain tube hose clamps. See Figure . Disconnect drain tubes from sun roof module.
  2. For installation reference, mark outline of sun roof module on inside of roof panel for alignment. With help from an assistant, remove bolts holding sun roof module to roof panel. Remove sun roof module from roof panel. Remove sun roof module from vehicle.
