Removal & Installation
- Powertrain Control Module (PCM) is located at driver's side front corner of engine compartment, near power distribution center. See Fig 1 . Disconnect negative battery cable at remote battery terminal on driver's side strut tower.
- Disconnect electrical connectors from PCM. Remove PCM retaining screws and PCM. To install, reverse removal procedure. Tighten PCM retaining screws to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS.
