Red BRAKE Warning Light

The BRAKE warning light is located on instrument cluster, just below tachometer. When ignition is first turned on, BRAKE warning light will come on as a bulb check and then go off. Application of parking brake or a low fluid signal from low brake fluid switch may cause BRAKE warning light to remain on steady. CAB will also activate BRAKE warning light if an ABS malfunction exists and ABS warning light fails to operate. BRAKE warning light will flash when ABS is in diagnostic mode.
