CLIMATE ACTUATORS Mode

This function allows user to change engine RPM and actuate A/C-heater system related relays and actuators.

NOTE: Because scan tool is grounded through data link connector, only one volt-ohmmeter test lead is required when using volt-ohmmeter option. Scan tool volt-ohmmeter should only be used when required by diagnostic procedure.
