Exterior Light Test 11A - Headlight Time Delay

NOTE: Perform EXTERIOR LIGHT TEST 1A  before proceeding with this test. For connector terminal identification, refer to CONNECTOR IDENTIFICATION  . For wiring diagrams, refer to WIRING DIAGRAMS  . Perform, after each repair, VERIFICATION TEST VER-1A - BODY VERIFICATION TEST  .
CAUTION: Always turn ignition switch to OFF position prior to disconnecting or connecting any module connector.

If headlights do not operate correctly, go to EXTERIOR LIGHT TEST 1A  . If headlights do operate correctly, turn ignition on. Using scan tool, select SENSORS. Read IGNITION VOLTAGE. If scan tool displays battery voltage, replace Body Control Module (BCM). BCM is mounted to junction block located behind left end cap of instrument panel. See Figure in CHIME TEST 2A. If scan tool does not display battery voltage, see VEHICLE COMMUNICATIONS  .
