System Testing

  1. Check fan motor operation. See MOTOR  under COMPONENT TESTING. If motor is okay, check for defective fuse link No. 6 to radiator fan relay. Fusible link No. 6 is Pink 30-amp link, located in Power Distribution Center (PDC), in front of left strut tower.
  2. If condenser fan does not operate, check fuse No. 8 for condenser fan motor relay. Fuse is located in PDC, in front of left strut tower.
  3. If radiator and condenser fan relays operate in low and/or high speed only, test appropriate relay under COMPONENT TESTING  .
