System Verification Test

NOTE: For connector terminal identification, see CONNECTOR IDENTIFICATION. For wiring diagram, see wiring diagram.
  1. Disconnect all previously connected jumper wires. Reconnect all previously disconnected connectors and components. Reinstall all previously removed relays. Turn ignition off and then on. Using scan tool, erase trouble codes.
  2. Actuate all outputs for 15 seconds. Stop actuator test. Actuate each hydraulic circuit for 10 seconds. Stop actuator test. If any trouble codes are displayed, go to TEST 1A. If no trouble codes are displayed, system is operating properly at this time.
