NOTE: For connector terminal identification, see CONNECTOR  IDENTIFICATION. For wiring diagram, see WIRING DIAGRAMS  . Perform TEST VER-1 after each repair.
CAUTION: Always turn ignition switch to OFF position prior to disconnecting or connecting any module connector.
  1. Disconnect Body Control Module (BCM) Black connector. Put DRB in voltmeter mode. Measure voltage at BCM Black connector terminal No. 8 (Orange/Black wire). Depress power door lock switch to LOCK position. If voltage is more than 10 volts when switch is depressed, replace BCM. If voltage is less than 10 volts, go to next step.
  2. Gain access to right door lock switch. Backprobe door lock switch connector terminal No. 1 (Orange/Black wire). Depress power door lock switch to LOCK position. If voltage is more than 10 volts when switch is depressed, repair open Orange/Black wire between BCM Black connector and right door lock switch. If voltage is less than 10 volts, replace both door lock switches.
