TEST 3D - Automatic Door Locks With Remote Keyless Entry

NOTE: For connector terminal identification, see CONNECTOR IDENTIFICATION . For wiring diagrams, see appropriate chassis wiring diagram in the WIRING DIAGRAMS Section.
  1. Ensure DRB-II door lock actuation test is still active. Disconnect remote keyless entry module. See Figure. Check connector condition, and clean or repair connector as necessary. Probe terminal No. 3 (Dark Blue wire) of remote keyless entry module connector.
  2. If voltage pulsates between 0 and 12 volts, replace remote keyless entry module. Perform VERIFICATION TEST VER-1 . If voltage does not pulse between 0 and 12 volts, check wiring and door lock motor. Repair as necessary. Perform VERIFICATION TEST VER-1 .
