Air Conditioning Clutch Relay

The A/C clutch relay is powered by the radiator fan relay, A/C switch and SMEC. The relay is energized to closed position (on) during engine operation with A/C switch closed and blower switch on. When the SMEC senses wide open throttle or low engine RPM through the throttle position sensor, SMEC will de-energize the A/C clutch relay, disengaging A/C clutch.
