Description & Operation
These models use a rear wheel lock-up control system. System components are modulator, "G" sensor, control unit, pulse generator and fail indication light. The modulator controls brake fluid pressure, "G" sensor produces a voltage which corresponds to vehicle speed, control unit controls input and output signals, pulse generator produces a pulse which corresponds with rear wheel speed, fail indication light illuminates when control unit malfunctions. This system controls brake fluid pressure to rear wheels only. If front wheels become locked, brake fluid is uncontrolled to rear wheels.
