SERVICE INFORMATION

Technical Service Bulletins issued in the 1988 model year will use the body code (Example: "J" Body) instead of the model name (Example: LeBaron) in the vehicle model section of the bulletin. This will help to clarify the vehicles to which the bulletin is applicable. The body code descriptions and tables can also be found in the "Information" section of the service manual, and at the bottom of each text page in the Parts Manual or fiche. The DIAL II Technical Service Bulletin Index already uses this method to identify vehicles.

The following body model codes apply to 1988 vehicles.
