Removal & Installation

With fuel tank removed from vehicle, use a hammer and a brass punch to carefully tap lock ring counterclockwise and release pump. Remove fuel pump and "O" ring seal from tank. Discard old seal. To install, reverse removal procedure, making sure seal area is clean. Take care not to overtighten pump.
