Warm Dr21 - Heated Air System
- Remove outside air duct from air cleaner. Start engine. Heat door should be in heat off position. Heat door should be in proper position with air intake temperature above 113°F. If heat door is not in proper position, remove vacuum source from temperature sensor. Connect and apply 10 in. Hg from auxilliary vacuum source to vacuum motor. Vacuum should not hold. Ensure heat door is not sticking or binding.
- If vacuum holds, replace temperature sensor.
