Electronic Control Unit (Ecu) Operation

The ECU, located in the passenger compartment, is connected to the remainder of the system through the ECU harness connector. The ECU receives input signals from sensors and switches, and sends output signals to the engine controls. These output signals are used by ECU to control air/fuel ratio, secondary air, deceleration spark and throttle opener system.
