With engine running, turn steering wheel from stop-to-stop several times to expel air, then stop engine. With engine at normal room temperature, fluid level should be just above filler neck reservoir joint (1 3/4-2" below top of filler neck). With engine hot, oil level should be halfway up filler neck.
