Circuit/System Verification

NOTE:

If Battery replacement is performed under Warranty a Warranty Code from the EL-50313 Midtronics GR8 or EL-52800 Exteq DCBS Battery Tester/Charger is required.

  1. Verify the condition of the 12 V battery. Refer to: Battery Inspection/Test , and Battery Charging 
    • If a condition is present 

      Replace or repair as necessary

    • Go to next step: If NO condition is present 
  2. Verify the vehicle State of Charge is above 30%
    • If the vehicle State of Charge is below 30% 

      Plug-in/charge vehicle to at least 30%

    • Go to next step: If the vehicle State of Charge is at or above 30% 
  3. A fault is not currently present, and may be an intermittent condition.
