Removal Procedure

Disable the SIR system. SIR Disabling and Enabling
Rear Seat Back Cushion - Right Side - Remove - Rear Seat Back Cushion Removal and Installation (Left Side) , or Rear Seat Back Cushion Removal and Installation (Right Side)

Depress lock button on luggage shade, one side at a time, while pulling inward to disengage integral luggage shade spring from quarter lower rear trim panel.
Luggage Shade (1) - Remove

Cargo Tie Down Loop Bolt - Right Side (1) - Remove
Cargo Tie Down Loop - Right Side (2) - Remove

Disconnect the electrical connectors.

Release the retaining tabs.
