Installation Procedure
Radiator Outlet Hose (2) - Install
- Radiator Outlet Hose Clamp (1) - Engage - Hose Clamp Replacement Guidelines - Spring Type
- Underbody Front Air Deflector - Install - Underbody Front Air Deflector Replacement (Base) , or Underbody Front Air Deflector Replacement (Oil Filter Access)
Radiator Outlet Hose (2) - Install
- Radiator Outlet Hose Bracket Bolt (1) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications
Radiator Outlet Hose (2) @ Engine Radiator - Install
- Radiator Outlet Hose Retainer (1) - Engage
- Front Bumper Fascia - Install - Front Bumper Fascia Removal and Installation (Base) , or Front Bumper Fascia Removal and Installation (Z71)
- Fill the cooling system to the proper level. Cooling System Draining and Filling (GE 47716)
- Start the engine and check for coolant leaks.
