Installation Procedure
Fuel Tank Filler Hose (2) - Install
- Fuel Tank Filler Hose Clamp (3) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications
- Evaporative Emission Canister Vent Hose (1) - Connect [2X] - Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service
Rear Cradle Mount Bolt Bracket (3) Install
- Rear Cradle Mount Bolt Bracket Bolt (1) Install and tighten [2X] - Fastener Specifications
- Rear Suspension Cradle Bolt (2) Install NEW and tighten - Fastener Specifications
- Remove the rear cradle support.
Fuel Tank Filler Pipe Bolt (2) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications
Fuel Tank Filler Pipe Bracket Nut (1) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications
Fuel Tank Filler Pipe Bolt (2) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications
Fuel Tank Filler Door Latch Housing (1) - Install
Ensure that the fuel tank filler door latch housing is fully seated and that all retaining tabs are locked.
- Ensure the fuel tank filler door latch housing seal is fully seated to the filler pipe.
- { If equipped } Connect the electrical connector. (2)
Fuel Tank Filler Door (1) - Install -
Rear Wheelhouse Liner- Left Side (1) - Install - Rear Wheelhouse Liner Replacement
- Refill the fuel tank.
- Inspect for fuel leaks.

This vehicle is equipped with torque-to-yield or single use fasteners. Install a NEW torque-to-yield or single use fastener when installing this component. Failure to replace the torque-to-yield or single use fastener could cause damage to the vehicle or component.
