Installation Procedure
Power Transfer Unit Drain Plug (1) @ Power Transfer Unit Case - Install NEW and tighten to 40 N.m (30 lb ft)
- Power Transfer Unit Fluid @ Power Transfer Unit Case - Fill - Adhesives, Fluids, Lubricants, and Sealers
- Inspect the power transfer unit fluid to ensure it is even with the bottom of the fill plug.
- Power Transfer Unit Fill Plug (2) @ Power Transfer Unit Case - Install NEW and tighten to 40 N.m (30 lb ft)
Front Compartment Insulator (1) - Install - Front Compartment Insulator Replacement (Base)
- Lower the vehicle.
