Removal Procedure

Refer to Diesel/Gasoline Vapors Warning .

WARNING:

Refer to Safety Glasses Warning .

  1. Fuel Tank Replacement  - Remove

    Electrical Connector (1) @ Fuel Tank Fuel Pump Module - Disconnect [2x]

  3. Fuel and EVAP Pipe (2) - Disconnect [2x] - Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service

    Fuel Pump Lock Ring (1) - Remove - CH 45722  Fuel Sender Lock Ring Wrench

    Fuel Pump Vent Pipe (1) - Disconnect - Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service

    Fuel Tank Fuel Pump Module (1) - Remove

  7. O-Ring (2) - Remove and DISCARD
