Installation Procedure
Inspect the spark plugs before reusing. Gas Engine Ignition Spark Plug Inspection
- If using NEW spark plugs do not attempt to check gap or damage can occur, plugs come pre gapped.
- Tighten the spark plugs to 20 N.m (15 lb ft).
- Install the spark plug wires onto the spark plugs. Spark Plug Wire Replacement
- If replacing bank 2 spark plugs, install the radiator surge tank. Radiator Surge Tank Replacement (LT1 LT4)
