Removal Procedure

WARNING:
When removing, handling or installing this component wear protective gloves. The sharp edges on the component may be very sharp and may cause injury.

NOTE:
Use a plastic trim tool if necessary.

Instrument Panel Knee Bolster (1) - Remove
Using a flat-bladed plastic trim tool, release the retaining clips.
Pull away from the front side door weatherstrip to remove the instrument panel outer trim cover (2).

NOTE:
Loosen just enough of the component to access the fastener.

Instrument Panel Cluster Trim Plate (1) - Loosen
Instrument Panel Switch Trim Plate Bolt (2) - Remove [3x]

NOTE:
Use a plastic trim tool if necessary.

Reposition the component to access the electrical connectors.
Disconnect the electrical connectors.

Release the retaining tabs.
Ride Control Switch (1) - Remove
