Installation Procedure

    Radiator Outlet Hose (2) @ Engine Coolant Thermostat Housing - Install

  2. Radiator Outlet Pipe Clamp (1) - Engage - Hose Clamp Replacement Guidelines - Spring Type 
  3. Raise and support the vehicle. Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle

    Radiator Outlet Hose (2) @ Radiator - Install

  5. Radiator Outlet Hose Clamp (1) - Engage - Hose Clamp Replacement Guidelines - Spring Type 
  6. Fill the cooling system to the proper level. Cooling System Draining and Filling (GE 47716) , or Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static Fill) 
  7. Start the engine and inspect for leaks.
