Ensure the theft deterrent module retaining tabs (1) are fully seated.

Connect the electrical connector. (1)

NOTE:
Maneuver the instrument panel steering column lower trim cover around the steering column tilt and telescoping lever as necessary.

Position the instrument panel steering column lower trim cover (1) on the steering column.

Instrument Panel Steering Column Lower Trim Cover Bolt (1) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications
Turn the steering wheel approximately 90 degrees to the right of the centered position.

Instrument Panel Steering Column Lower Trim Cover Bolt (1) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications
Turn the steering wheel approximately 90 degrees to the left of the centered position.

Instrument Panel Steering Column Lower Trim Cover Bolt (1) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications
Turn the steering wheel to the centered position.

Install the instrument panel steering column upper trim cover (1) to the instrument panel steering column lower trim cover.

{If equipped} Connect the electrical connector.
Clip the instrument panel cluster trim plate (2) to the instrument panel steering column upper trim cover.
Instrument Panel Cluster Trim Plate (2) - Install
Instrument Panel Cluster Trim Plate Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [3x] - Fastener Specifications

Install the instrument panel trim pad (1) to the instrument panel.

Instrument Panel Fuse Block Access Hole Cover (1) - Install
Replace the front side door weatherstrip to cover the edge of the cover.
Enable the SIR System. SIR Disabling and Enabling
Program the theft deterrent module. Immobilizer System Component Programming (without ATH) Immobilizer System Component Programming (with ATH)
