Steering Wheel Kickback

Condition Action
The steering column is loosely mounted. Tighten the steering column fasteners to specification. Steering Column Replacement
The steering gear is loosely mounted. Tighten the steering gear fasteners to specification. Electric Belt Drive Rack and Pinion Steering Gear Replacement (AWD) Electric Belt Drive Rack and Pinion Steering Gear Replacement (RWD) 
The steering linkage tie rods are loose or damaged. Inspect the steering linkage tie rods and replace as necessary.
