Installation Procedure

    CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution

    Radiator (5) - Install

  2. Radiator Air Upper Seal (4) - Install
  3. Radiator Air Side Seal (3) - Install
  4. Air Conditioning Condenser (2) - Install
  5. Air Conditioning Condenser Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [2x] 3 N.m (27 lb in)

    Charge Air Cooler (2) @ Radiator Assembly - Install - Charge Air Cooler Replacement

    Engine Coolant Fan (2) @ Radiator Assembly - Install

  8. Engine Coolant Fan Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [2x] 3 N.m (27 lb in)

    Radiator Assembly (1) - Install

  10. Connect the electrical connectors.

    Radiator Upper Bracket (1) - Right Side - Install - Radiator Upper Bracket Replacement - Right Side

    Radiator Upper Bracket (1) - Left Side - Install - Radiator Upper Bracket Replacement - Left Side

    Engine Coolant Air Bleed Hose (1) @ Radiator Assembly - Install - Engine Coolant Air Bleed Hose Replacement 

  14. Air Conditioning Condenser Hose (2) @ Radiator Assembly - Install - Air Conditioning Condenser Hose Replacement (L3T) , or Air Conditioning Condenser Hose Replacement (LIH)
  15. Air Conditioning Evaporator Hose Assembly (3) @ Radiator Assembly - Install - Air Conditioning Evaporator Hose Replacement

    Radiator Outlet Hose (3) @ Radiator Assembly - Install - Radiator Outlet Hose Replacement (L3T) , or Radiator Outlet Hose Replacement (LIH)

    Charge Air Cooler Outlet Air Hose (2) @ Radiator Assembly - Install - Charge Air Cooler Outlet Air Hose Replacement

    {If equipped} Transmission Fluid Auxiliary Cooler (3) - Install - Transmission Fluid Auxiliary Cooler Replacement

    Front Bumper Fascia (1) - Install - Front Bumper Fascia Replacement

  28. Recharge the refrigerant. Refrigerant Recovery and Recharging
  29. Fill the cooling system. Cooling System Draining and Filling (GE-47716) , or Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static) 
  30. Start the engine and check for coolant leaks.
  31. If necessary, fill the transmission to the proper level with the correct fluid. Transmission Fluid Level and Condition Check , and Adhesives, Fluids, Lubricants, and Sealers
  32. Inspect for refrigerant leaks. Leak Testing
