Installation Procedure

    Heater Outlet Pipe (2) - Install

    2. CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

  2. Auxiliary Heater Inlet and Outlet Pipe Bracket Stud (1) - Install and tighten 9 N.m (80 lb in)

    Engine Wiring Harness Retainer (3) @ Auxiliary Heater Inlet and Outlet Pipe Bracket Stud - Install

  4. Heater Outlet Hose (2) @ Heater Outlet Pipe - Install
  5. Hose Clamp (1) - Engage - Hose Clamp Replacement Guidelines - Spring Type

    Hose Clamp (3) - Engage - Hose Clamp Replacement Guidelines - Spring Type 

  7. Heater Outlet Pipe Bolt (2) - Install and tighten 9 N.m (80 lb in)
  8. Wiring Harness Retainer (1) - Install

    Transmission Wiring Harness Bracket (2) - Install

  10. Transmission Wiring Harness Bracket Nut (1) - Install and tighten 9 N.m (80 lb in)
  11. Wiring Harness Retainer (3) - Install

    Transmission Wiring Harness Bracket (2) - Install

  13. Transmission Wiring Harness Bracket Nut (1) - Install and tighten 9 N.m (80 lb in)
  14. Connect the control valve body transmission control module electrical connector (3).

    Install the front part (3) of the charge air cooler inlet air hose to the rear part.

  16. Retainer Spring (2) - Engage
  17. Charge Air Cooler Inlet Air Tube Bolt (1) - Install and tighten 9 N.m (80 lb in)

    Engine Mount Brace (1) - Install - Engine Mount Brace Replacement (RH) , or Engine Mount Brace Replacement (LH, FWD) , or Engine Mount Brace Replacement (LH, AWD) , or Engine Mount Brace Replacement (Rear)

    Battery Tray (3) - Install - Battery Tray Replacement

    Intake Air Duct (2) - Install - Intake Air Duct Replacement

  23. Fill the cooling system. Cooling System Draining and Filling (GE-47716) , or Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static)
