Installation Procedure
Install the front tow hooks with the X-marks facing down.
Front Tow Hook (1) - Install
- CAUTION:
This vehicle is equipped with torque-to-yield or single use fasteners. Install a NEW torque-to-yield or single use fastener when installing this component. Failure to replace the torque-to-yield or single use fastener could cause damage to the vehicle or component.
Front Tow Hook Bolt- M12x102 (2) - Install NEW
- Front Tow Hook Nut (3) - Hand tighten
- Install the NEW M12x40.8 front tow hook bolt (1) and tighten using the EN-45059 - A Angle Meter. Fastener Specifications
- Tighten the NEW M12x102 front tow hook bolt (2) using the EN-45059 - A Angle Meter. Fastener Specifications
- Lower the vehicle.
