Installation Procedure
- Prepare center pillar inner panel (1) per installation requirements.
- Prepare all joining surfaces for welding as necessary.
- Apply Weld-Thru Coating or equivalent to all welding surfaces. Anti-Corrosion Treatment and Repair
- Position center pillar inner panel (1) to vehicle using 3-dimensional measuring equipment and clamp into place.
- Install spot welds (1). [15x]
- Install spot welds (2). [4x]
- Install spot welds (1). [8x]
- Install rocker outer panel. Rocker Outer Panel Replacement (LWB) Rocker Outer Panel Replacement (SWB)
- Install hinge pillar panel sectioning. Body Hinge Pillar Panel Reinforcement Sectioning
- Install center pillar outer panel reinforcement. Center Pillar Outer Panel Reinforcement Replacement
- Install body side. Body Side Outer Panel Replacement (SWB) Body Side Outer Panel Replacement (LWB) , Body Side Outer Panel Sectioning (SWB) Body Side Outer Panel Sectioning (LWB) , or Center Pillar Sectioning
- Apply the sealers and anti-corrosion materials to the repair area as necessary. Anti-Corrosion Treatment and Repair
- Paint the repaired area. Basecoat/Clearcoat Paint Systems .
- Install all related panels and components.
- Connect the battery negative cable. Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection (9C1, 5W4)Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection (KL9)
- Enable the SIR System. SIR Disabling and Enabling .

Prepare center pillar inter panel before installation.
