Installation Procedure
With the aid of an assistant, position the instrument carrier in the vehicle. (1)
- Reposition the instrument panel wiring harness into the vehicle position as was noted in the removal and connect the fasteners securing the instrument panel wiring harness to the instrument carrier.
- CAUTION:
Refer to Fastener Caution .
Data Link Connector Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [2x] 2.5 N.m (22 lb in)
Instrument Panel Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [9x] 2.5 N.m (22 lb in)
Instrument Panel Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [5x] 2.5 N.m (22 lb in)
Instrument Panel Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [4x] 2.5 N.m (22 lb in)
Instrument Panel Airbag Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [3x] 9 N.m (80 lb in)
Front Floor Console Replacement (4) - Install
Radio Front Center Speaker Replacement (2) - Install
Instrument Panel Outer Air Outlet Replacement - Right Side (1) - Install
Instrument Panel Center Air Outlet Replacement - Right Side (2) - Install
Instrument Panel Center Air Outlet Replacement - Left Side (2) - Install
Instrument Panel Outer Air Outlet Replacement - Left Side (1) - Install
Forward Collision Alert Display Bezel Replacement (1) - Install
Sun Load Temperature and Headlamp Automatic Control Ambient Light Sensor Replacement (With Bezel) (1) - Install
Windshield Garnish Molding Replacement (1) - Install
Instrument Panel Compartment Replacement (2) - Install
Radio Control Assembly Replacement (4) - Install
Instrument Cluster Replacement (2) - Install
Steering Column Replacement (1) - Install
- Enable the SIR System. SIR Disabling and Enabling
