Removal Procedure

  1. Steering Wheel Airbag - Remove - Steering Wheel Airbag Replacement

    Remove the steering wheel bolt (1).

  3. Disconnect the electrical connector (2).

    Perform the following steps to remove the steering wheel (1):

    1. Install the steering wheel bolt (2) until 2 to 3 threads are engaged.
    2. Wiggle the steering wheel (1) until the steering wheel disengages completely.
    3. Remove the steering wheel bolt (2).
    4. Remove the steering wheel (1).
  5. Transfer components as necessary.
