Installation Procedure
Radiator (1) - Install
Air Conditioning Condenser Replacement (LGX without V18) , or Air Conditioning Condenser Replacement (LGX, LT1 with V18) (2) - Install
Radiator Air Lower Baffle Replacement (LGX Without V03) , or Radiator Air Lower Baffle Replacement (LGX With V03) (2) - Install
Radiator Outlet Hose (2) @ Radiator Assembly - Install
- Radiator Outlet Hose Clamp (1) - Engage
Use the GE-47622 Hose Clamp Pliers.
Radiator Upper Bracket Replacement - Right Side (LGX LTG) - Install
Radiator Upper Bracket Replacement - Left Side (LGX LTG) (2) - Install
Radiator Air Upper Baffle (2) - Install - Radiator Air Upper Baffle and Deflector Replacement (LGX)
Radiator Inlet Hose (2) @ Radiator - Install - Radiator Inlet Hose Replacement (LGX without V18) , or Radiator Inlet Hose Replacement (LGX with V18)
Radiator Surge Tank Inlet Hose (2) @ Radiator - Install - Radiator Surge Tank Inlet Hose Replacement (LGX)
- Engine Coolant Fan Replacement (LGX Without V03) , or Engine Coolant Fan Replacement (LGX With V03) - Install
- Transmission Fluid Cooler Inlet and Outlet Pipe @ Radiator - Install - Transmission Fluid Cooler Inlet and Outlet Pipe Replacement (LGX With M13, With 1LE Package) , or Transmission Fluid Cooler Inlet and Outlet Pipe Replacement (LGX With M5T, With V03) , or Transmission Fluid Cooler Inlet and Outlet Pipe Replacement (LGX With M5T, Without V03)
- Air Cleaner Outlet Duct Replacement - Install
- Air Cleaner Assembly Replacement - Install
- Recharge the refrigerant. Refrigerant Recovery and Recharging (R-134a) , or Refrigerant Recovery and Recharging (R-1234yf)
- Fill the cooling system. Cooling System Draining and Filling (GE 47716) , or Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static Fill)
- Start the engine and check for coolant leaks.
- Inspect for refrigerant leaks.
