Installation Procedure

    Radiator (1) - Install

    Engine Coolant Fan (4) @ Radiator (1) - Install

  3. Raise the vehicle.
  4. Engine Coolant Fan Shroud Retainer (3) Install [3x]
  5. Lower the vehicle.
    6. CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution

  6. Engine Coolant Fan Bolt (2) - Install and tighten [2x] 5.1 N.m (45 lb in)

    Coolant Temperature System Control Module Bracket (2) - Install

  8. Engine Coolant Outlet Pipe Bracket Bolt (1) - Install and tighten 10 N.m (89 lb in)

    Wiring Harness Retainer (2) @ Radiator - Install

  10. Electrical Connector (1) @ Engine Coolant Temperature Sensor - Connect

    Wiring Harness Retainer (1) @ Engine Coolant Fan - Install

    Electrical Connector (1) @ Engine Coolant Fan - Connect

    Radiator Inlet Hose (2) @ Radiator - Install - Radiator Inlet Hose Replacement (LSY)

    Radiator Surge Tank Inlet Hose (2) @ Radiator - Install - Radiator Surge Tank Inlet Hose Replacement (LSY) 

  15. Charge Air Cooler @ Radiator - Install - Charge Air Cooler Replacement
  16. Air Conditioning Condenser - Install - Air Conditioning Condenser Replacement (LSY)

    Radiator Outlet Hose (2) @ Radiator - Install - Radiator Outlet Hose Replacement (LSY)

    Radiator Air Upper Baffle (1) - Install - Radiator Air Upper Baffle Replacement (LSY)

    Radiator Upper Bracket - Left Side (1) - Install - Radiator Upper Bracket Replacement - Left Side (LSY) 

  20. Intake Air Duct - Install - Intake Air Duct Replacement

    Radiator Support Baffle (2) - Install - Radiator Support Baffle Replacement (LSY) 

  22. Fill the cooling system to the proper level. Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static LSY) , or Cooling System Draining and Filling (GE 47716 LSY) 
  23. Start the engine and check for coolant leaks.
