Remove the instrument panel assembly bolts (1).
Remove the instrument panel assembly bolts (1).
Remove the instrument panel compartment door latch striker bolt (1).
- Remove the airbag instrument panel module bolts (2).
- Remove the instrument panel assembly bolts (3).
Note location and routing of the instrument panel electrical harness assembly in order to ensure proper installation.
- With the aid of an assistant lift the instrument panel assembly rearward and upward away from the tie bar assembly.
- Disconnect the electrical connectors.
- Remove the instrument panel assembly (1) from the vehicle.
- When replacing the instrument panel assembly, transfer all necessary components.
