Installation Procedure

    Windshield (1) - Install - Adhesive Installation of Windshields 

  2. With the aid of an assistant, install the windshield (1) and locating pins (2) to the vehicle.

    Inside Air Moisture and Windshield Temperature Sensor (1) - Install NEW

    If equipped, install the front view driver information camera bracket (1) to the windshield and slide downward to engage the pins.

    Connect the electrical connector.

  6. {If equipped} Front View Camera (1) - Install
  7. Secure the retaining tabs.

    Inside Rearview Mirror (2) - Install

  9. Slide the mirror onto the rearview mirror button.
  10. {If equipped} Connect the electrical connector.
    11. CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

  11. Inside Rearview Mirror Bolt (1) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications

    Connect the electrical connector.

  13. Windshield Multifunction Sensor Mount Bracket Cover (1) - Install

    Windshield Multifunction Sensor Mount Bracket Cover Insert (1) - Install

    Windshield Wiper System Module Shield (1) - Install

    Air Inlet Grille Panel (2) - Install

  17. Connect the windshield washer nozzle hose to the windshield washer pump hose.
  18. Air Inlet Grille Panel Retainer (1) - Install [8x]

    Hood Rear Outer Air Inlet Seal (2) - Install [2x]

    Air Inlet Grille Panel Extension- Left Side (1) - Install

  22. Remove the double layer of masking tape around the perimeter of the painted surfaces.
  23. Using a 50/50 mixture of isopropyl alcohol and clean drinkable water with a clean towel, remove any left over adhesive residue from the masking tape.

    NOTE:

    Some components not shown for graphic clarity.

    Air Inlet Grille Panel Extension- Right Side (1) - Install

  25. Remove the double layer of masking tape around the perimeter of the painted surfaces.
  26. Using a 50/50 mixture of isopropyl alcohol and clean drinkable water with a clean towel, remove any left over adhesive residue from the masking tape.

    Radio Antenna (1) - Install

  28. Rotate the radio antenna clockwise to secure the radio antenna to the radio antenna base.

    Clean the left and right side windshield wiper transmission pivot shaft splines with a soft wire brush before installing the windshield wiper arm (3).

  30. Position the windshield wiper arms (3) on the windshield wiper transmission pivot shafts.
  31. Windshield Wiper Arm Nut (2) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications
  32. Windshield Wiper Arm Finish Cap (1) - Install [2x]

    If required, realign the windshield wipers to their respective alignment circles (1) on the windshield.

  34. Lubricate the windshield with clean washer fluid.
  35. Run the windshield wipers for two complete cycles then turn off the windshield wipers.
  36. Ensure the windshield wipers are in the full park position.
  37. Enable the SIR System. SIR Disabling and Enabling
  38. {If equipped} Perform the front view camera learn. Front View Camera Module Learn
